I thought I would text to let you know how a cocker puppy I got from you was doing. He’s a cocker called Axle (Countryways Dark Jackson) his Dam is Gibbletore Linnet. He’s 14 months now and doing brilliant, he’s very intelligent, full of character and a real joy to train. I took him on a small shoot at the weekend and he hunted and found a Partridge, Cock Pheasant and a wounded duck all of which he picked up instantly and brought back to hand. Nothing phases this dog, he hits cover with no fear and is lightening fast. He’s come a long way since I got him home and he wouldn’t leave my side, you wouldn’t think he was the same dog. I have high hopes for him as a beating dog. Thanks for a great pup.
